Who am I

In order to stand and walk in purpose we need to connect to who we are

We need to remember the Universe is always conspiring in our favor.

7 days of meditation

Each AM

1. Use your Altar Mist around yourself and your space (optional)
2. Make tea
3. Sacred Statement:

(Stirring tea clockwise) {Your Name} always meet me at my altar (sacred space). I am the altar (sacred space).

1. Set comfortably in your sacred space (should include a mirror, a white candle, and any other items of your choice)
2. Sit comfortably ~ straighten your spine ~ relax your jaw and drop your shoulders.
3. Take a deep breath
4. Place your hands over your womb space, inhale for 3 and allow your belly to expand; Exhale for 9 while drawing your belly button in toward your spine.  Do this until you hear your own heartbeat. (Do not pressure yourself ~ flow with the breath)
5. Sacred Statement: I am ready to see me in full divine honesty.  Show me who I am.
6. Repeat (until you’re moved to stop): Show me who I am (create your own rhythm)
7. When you stop, Take a deep breath, express gratitude and…..
8. WRITE ~ DONT THINK JUST WRITE “ I AM…”
