We will welcome these elements via meditation and chants, we will see what elements we attract and use them to welcome our desires.
Your SoulFlower Experience will attract a healing moment, tribe building, familiarity with healing herbs, foraging and more.
Fruits, Vegetables, Herbal Tea and water included (Bring a water bottle that can be filled with the herbal tea)
Please bring a perishable offering for the land (and the fairies)
• YOU WILL NEED:
~to wear white
~clothes to forage in
~ clothes/bathing suit/or nude for your sacred bath
~ clothes to wear home after bath
~ a towel
~ yoga mat/chair/or blanket for yourself
This is a fully outdoors moment, with no bathroom facilities (except the woods). Please dress according to your comfort level.
Insect spray will be available.
