This morning experience will take us directly to space where our highest version of self resides.

• a clear answer to the 2 questions: what’s seeds have I planted? And what new seeds am I planting?

• bring a physical representation of what you’re requesting (ex: a key if you’re manifesting a home, a car key or toy car if you’re manifesting a vehicle, dirt = land, Coins = money…etc. THESE ARE JUST EXAMPLES PLEASE BRING WHAT RESONATES WITH YOU)

• a blanket/yoga mat &/or a folding chair

• a bowl for your Agbe Tsiwo (bath)

• towel

• change of clothing
