CROWNED & WAISTED: The Full Root to Crown Series

Healing Root to Crown is just that, an opportunity to align with our inner god/goddess from our root to our crown.  

Learning to identify and how to connect with each of our 7 energy centers: 

Root - Red

Sacral - Orange

Solar - Yellow

Love - Green

Communication - Blue

3rd Eye -Indigo

Crown - Violet

During Crowned & Waisted I guide you on a journey of connection to self.  Many of us have been taught to lean outside of ourselves to achieve the life we desire.  We lean to our job, our religion, our friends, our partners, sometimes even strangers, seeking answers; and although they can help us in many ways, leaning soley into these avenues cause a disconnection from the mose powerful person in our life....YOU.

Leaning inwardly, into yourself, you connect to an incredible power source.  Each energy center has a specific purpose, covers a specific area of your physical body and each center (besides Root/Red) connects you spiritually as well.  How exciting it is to know that you can achieve the life you desire by aligning!  You'll learn your super power, you'll learn how to balance, you'll discover methods to deal with health concerns because as you become more connected to yourself = you will learn its language and know how it speaks to you!!

I am trained in Feeding the Light Body, honoring each energy center; Plant Medicine; Color Therapy; Sound Therapy all used to bring you an upligting and enlightening experience.
