With Crowned and Waisted we are welcoming Part 1 of a 7 part series honoring you from Root to Crown.  

PART 1~ RED

We begin the series with our Root, our foundation, we will strengthen our Red energy center with the use of amazing tools.

Our Red energy center is located at the base of our spine, (similar to the Root chakra) and supports your body structure.

During this gathering I will welcome you to connect with your root by: 

* Wearing Red - red is the color of this energy center and wearing this color brings the focus to this center

* Eating Red Foods - enjoy a beautiful bounty of foods and beverages that support us building this root connection

* Grounding - connect to the land, the land is sturdy, strong, solid and full of the wisdom of the ages

* Breathwork and Meditations - we will bring the connection into our being with breath and meditations

* Journaling - writing is an essential tool for clarity

* Storytelling - learn the herbs that support your root and build strong foundations

* Workshop - using the beautiful herbs, and flowers we will create a grounding bath

* Footbath - receive a grounding foot bath to honor this first phase of your walk

* Foot oiling - your feet will be annointed darling with a beautiful custom connection oil

* Red Carpet - each Crowned & Waisted honors you with a red carpet welcome 

* Celebration - every phase of your journey requires a celebration and we shall

* Crowning Ceremony - royalty must be honored with a crown, taking steps in your walk is a ceremonious event

* Waistbead Tying - i would be honored to tie your waistbeads as you complete your ceremony

* Gift Giving - its all about you, every guest will receive a gift bag

In this series, Each Crowned & Waisted will focus on a different energy center as we work our way up the body. Here is what you can expect over the next 12 months:

PART 2 ~ Orange is next, this is your creative space, your birth space, your space of sensuality and sexuality

PART 3 ~ Yellow, honors your gut connections both physically and metaphysically - learning to trust your gut is essential in your walk

PART 4 ~ Green is all about your heart, your capacity to give love and receive love

PART 5 ~ Blue brings out your voice, your communication capacity and clarity

PART 6 ~ Indigo bring your vision into focus connecting you with your 3rd eye.

PART 7 ~ Violet brings you to your hightest divine connection to self and the High, this day we wear ALL WHITE
